Oil painting during pregnancy?

I'm an artist/designer and use oil paint and use odorless turpentine. Is this harmful if i'm pregnant? I keep the window open for ventilation but i can still smell it since i'm sitting in front of the canvas and i usually get some paint on my skin. Oil painting during pregnancy?
If you can still smell it, then your fetus will get it, too. With enough time, it will not be healthy for you and the baby.

I used pastels in my painting when my daughter was very young and we were in the same room! The thought of it now gives me goosebumps. I have since abandoned pastels and go for oil pastels and water soluble oil paints which does not require mineral spirits or turpentine. Some of the major oil paint companies carry water soluble oil paints and you might check into them.
