Me and my husband bought a painting from the salvation army for $20 it has a tag on it that says $1700 and a # 100-H.B.B-Z Please helpName of oil painting artist by the name a zazu (thats what the spelling looks like on the painting)?
This is just a guess, but I remember reading somewhere about an old actress named Zazu Pitts who was the supporting actress on a T.V. show in the fifties or sixties called ';My Little Margie'; and also in several Tarzan films. The article was an interveiw concerning her artwork she did on the side as a hobby...whether or not she ever did anymore with her art professionally, I don't know. There are many actor/artists out there. e.g., Vincent Price, Paul Neuman, John Lennon,etc.
