How do I use oil color. Like for painting?

I already have a bottle of it...I just don't know how to use it. Do i have to add water or something?How do I use oil color. Like for painting?
You can't use water to thin oils. You have to use an oil paint thinner. You can use turpentine (very toxic) or a synthetic oil paint thinner like Turpenoid.
