It is by H. C. Heffer, I have 2 of them and they are both signed. I think they are American based but i can't find out anything about them!

I couldn't tell you the price of the pictures seeing as this person isn't famous, and can't see the pictures. Maybe you are reading the name wrong, or the person who painted it was just doing it for fun.Can you tell me how much you think this oil painting is worth.....?
There is an H. C. Heffer, 1873 a listed American artist. I would take these to a dealer or send photographs to an auction house or dealer for a free valuation.
Search for the name %26amp; see what you get.


Also try going to the Smithsonian website. They have lots of information on various people.
